Job Description

An F&B Service Expert, or Food and Beverage Service Expert, plays a crucial role in the hospitality industry, ensuring that customers receive the highest quality service and dining experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a food and beverage service or similar role is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
  • Detailed knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and operations.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to food service.
  • Proficient with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
