As an Executive in Product Quality Testing, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of our products before they reach consumers. Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing procedures and outcomes.

• Train and mentor junior staff in quality testing methodologies and best practices.
• Assist in the elaboration of quality policies and objectives within the call center operations.
• Develop automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in product quality testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in product quality testing or similar role.
• Proficient in various testing methodologies including manual and automated testing.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance tools and software such as JIRA, Selenium, etc.
