Job Description

As an Executive in Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company's operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for coordinating different departments to improve productivity and facilitate strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with strategic objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operations and service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders for optimized supply chain operations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance for career development.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in operations or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional team activities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and financial optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
