Job Description

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer with various organizational tasks while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of administrative duties, handling high-level communications, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure the CEO's time is managed effectively, and strategic goals are achieved seamlessly. Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support the CEO in meeting preparation, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive organizational information at all times.
  • Assist in organizing company events, executive meetings, and offsite retreats for the management team.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects and executive reports as needed.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence to ensure efficient communication flow.
  • Manage and distribute incoming communications to ensure prompt responses and actions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and key executive team members efficiently.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties to support the CEO’s day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for the role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
