Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at 26O25, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations, ensuring their needs are met through our solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of our products and the ability to leverage this knowledge to make persuasive sales pitches. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will also be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and solutions that align with client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with prospective enterprise clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions to individual client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-scale transactions with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively addressed.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sale support and service.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiating contracts.
  • Track and report on sales activities and forecast future business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and enterprise-level buying processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
