Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's clientele. This professional is tasked with procuring new enterprise-level clients while nurturing existing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to fit the unique needs of each potential client. The position requires a high level of strategic thinking, a tenacious approach to sales, and excellent communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships. Ultimately, the Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing accounts, which are critical to achieving sales targets and corporate objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop customized presentations and strategies to positively impact sales and growth targets.
  • Excellently manage the entire sales process from initiating contact to closing sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine customer acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research to remain updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Participate in professional events and network to improve sales leads and opportunities.
  • Create and sustain a robust sales pipeline while continuously seeking new growth avenues.
  • Provide clients with post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in enterprise-level sales or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage high-level executives effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales processes.
