Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize the user's online experience. Your goal is to increase brand presence, manage and execute online trade strategies, and ensure the e-commerce platform operates seamlessly. You will monitor industry trends, analyze user data, and plan promotions and special offers to maximize revenue. Success in this role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with various departments to execute marketing campaigns successfully.
  • Monitor website traffic, analytics, and sales performance to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure products are accurately listed with up-to-date specifications and images.
  • Manage SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search ranking.
  • Oversee the execution of promotional initiatives to boost customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback for improved service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve any website technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • Implement customer retention strategies for long-term company growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports on online sales metrics and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and explore innovative opportunities in the e-commerce space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and form actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and other web analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
