Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to designated locations.
• Follow planned routes and schedules as assigned by management.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups for reference.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams regarding routes.
• Safely load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling procedures.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and corporate driving policies consistently.
• Assist in planning efficient routes with GPS technology as needed.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients during interactions.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Document and report any accidents or customer issues immediately.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle inside and out.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Proven experience as a professional driver or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads safely if required.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
