Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at 24D25, you will play a vital role in facilitating and enhancing customer interactions to ensure their experience is both satisfactory and memorable. As the first point of contact, you will address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. This position demands excellent communication skills, patience, and a keen ability to troubleshoot issues, providing timely and accurate solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, or live chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain trust.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain service quality.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls and generate sales leads.
  • Stay informed about product details and company information to provide accurate service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
