The Corporate Relationship Associate is a critical role within our organization, tasked with forging and maintaining robust partnerships with our corporate clients. As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will be the main interface between our company and our esteemed corporate partners. You will work closely with our partners to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and a keen business acumen to understand market trends and client needs. You will play a pivotal role in building long-term relationships, supporting strategic business objectives, and driving client engagement to ensure mutual success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients in the portfolio.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to effectively anticipate changes affecting corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resolving client queries and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate clients to communicate company offerings.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals to ensure beneficial agreements for clients.
  • Collect client feedback to inform continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports on client account status and future business potential.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop client-focused promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate relationship management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts with corporate clients successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
