Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating commercial real estate transactions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients, and ensuring that all aspects of the deals are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial property market, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and advising clients on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support client decision-making in property investments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on potential real estate investments and property value assessments.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to showcase market opportunities to clients.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts to meet client's best interests.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and guidelines in all transactions.
  • Facilitate due diligence processes, including property inspections and title reviews.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Utilize technology platforms and tools to enhance transactional efficiency and communication.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to expand business opportunities and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate negotiations and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality results.
