Job Description

A Commercial Real Estate Specialist plays a crucial role in the development, analysis, and management of commercial properties. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and economic trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports effectively.
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
