Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive for Events plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and client satisfaction for a variety of events. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels at communication, relationship-building, and project management. The executive will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, understanding client needs, translating them into actionable plans, and ensuring that these needs are met with the highest standards of service. They will work closely with internal teams as well as external vendors to facilitate the seamless delivery of events, ranging from corporate conferences to gala dinners. A successful candidate will have a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to creating positive client experiences from beginning to end.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong, positive relationships with event clients.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Work closely with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans and timelines that align with client expectations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all event-related communications.
  • Monitor event execution to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Oversee the logistical aspects including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
  • Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and motivate internal teams to execute tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices in event planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in client servicing or event management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage time and deadlines efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours during events and the ability to travel as needed.
