We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive for our Events division to join our team. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable plans alongside our event teams. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Coordinate with various departments to deliver client requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Manage client communications to ensure clarity and satisfaction at every stage.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements where needed to enhance service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Oversee event execution to ensure all client expectations are met and surpassed.
  • Collaborate with the events team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project details for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout projects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Provide post-event analysis to clients to demonstrate value and gather insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in client servicing or event management roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with various event management software and tools is a plus.
