Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive in the events industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, develop strong relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of events. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients, providing solutions before challenges arise. You will be working closely with various teams, from production to logistics, to ensure that all aspects of an event are executed to perfection. Your goal is to exceed client expectations and build long-lasting partnerships that elevate the brand's reputation in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for business retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of event solutions.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored event solutions and enhancements.
  • Develop project plans to track event milestones and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage client expectations by clearly communicating deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding progress and address any concerns promptly.
  • Prepare event proposals and presentations that align with client goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing event concepts and designs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback post-event to improve future client servicing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services and increasing revenue from existing clients.
  • Stay updated with event industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Assist in the procurement process by negotiating with vendors and suppliers for best terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client servicing within the events industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in event planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite is required.
