Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure all needs are met efficiently.
  • Update clients regularly on product changes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client service activities and outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and understand their needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in client service processes and suggest solutions.
  • Assist in the development of client service materials and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and service activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in client service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
