Job Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client service or customer service role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport effortlessly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client service management tools.
