Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client relations is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or related technology for client management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
