Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Acquisition Executive specializing in inside sales to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various research techniques and methods.
  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations or demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a diligent follow-up process to ensure long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on pipeline status.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training and continuous education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Actively seek client feedback to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of sales collateral and promotional materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
