Job Description

The Client Acquisition Executive - Inside Sales is a vital part of any forward-thinking sales team, tasked with driving business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align on lead generation activities and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication.
  • Present product offerings and value propositions tailored to the client's specific needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver polished sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve products and services based on client feedback.
  • Provide timely and insightful market feedback to the product development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or similar sales roles with demonstrable results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a keen capability to meet or exceed sales targets.
