The Chat Support Team 26N25 role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients through an online chat platform. This position requires a proactive and patient individual who can seamlessly handle multiple chat interactions at once. Candidates will need to possess excellent written communication skills and have the ability to address customer inquiries swiftly and effectively. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems and supporting customers with various issues, from basic troubleshooting to answering more complex service-related questions. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via chat.
  • Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary to appropriate channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolution.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during initial contact.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and updates on services.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and provide solutions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly chat support goals set by management.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all IRC transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role is advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Familiarity with company products and willingness to learn about new offerings.
