We are seeking a customer-focused and highly skilled Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient solutions to their inquiries via chat platforms. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers via live chat in real time.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products to effectively assist customers.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Monitor chat metrics and ensure service levels are met consistently.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment with open communication and feedback.

  • Stay updated on product changes and updates to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and related tools.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to improve support efficiency.
