Job Description

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic sales environment, driven by the passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Your main responsibility is to sell new and used cars by fostering strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires an effective communicator who can understand and anticipate the needs of shoppers, offering them the right solutions from our diverse car inventory. You should be enthusiastic about automobiles, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have the ability to close sales successfully. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific car requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the car inventory and features.
  • Prepare and present enticing sales proposals and agreements to potential buyers.
  • Effectively demonstrate vehicle features and test-drive experiences to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and pricing to optimize customer satisfaction and dealership profit.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management and sales goals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers through calls and email communications.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software regularly.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate customer finance and purchase options.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions for performance improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
  • Attend and assist in promotional events to increase personal and brand exposure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of achieving set sales targets in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer rapport.
  • Proficient in using technology including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close sales deals.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for meeting corporate clients.
  • Valid driver’s license with the capability to conduct customer test drives.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed by the dealership.
