Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our business through the identification and acquisition of new clients and markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development or sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets and sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback regularly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM database with client and lead information accurately.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least three years in business development or sales roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and other business-related activities.
