Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a pivotal role within our organization focused on driving the growth and expansion of our business. This position demands a strategic thinker who can generate new business leads, establish and maintain client relationships, and work collaboratively with different departments to seamlessly execute business strategies. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities that align with company goals, negotiate contracts, and nurture partnerships to enhance the company's market position. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the competitive landscape, responding to market demand, and positioning our services to the right audience.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust business development strategies as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Work closely with product development teams to tailor offerings according to client requirements.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with the delivery of services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Regularly report on progress, client engagement, and forecast sales activities to management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business development staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in business strategy development and sales processes.
