Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis focused on customer experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and customer relationship management systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of modern customer experience strategies and industry best practices.
