An Associate - Performance Marketing plays a critical role in driving the strategic and tactical execution of performance marketing campaigns aimed at achieving key business objectives. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role desired.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and best practices necessary.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools expected.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets required.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
