Responsibilities

• Develop and present project proposals that meet client’s objectives and needs.
• Create detailed architectural and design plans using computer-aided design software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Conduct site evaluations to ascertain construction feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare budgets and estimates for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee construction progress to verify adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions for environmentally-friendly outcomes.
• Liaise with clients to discuss and refine project requirements and design concepts.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and new architectural innovations.
• Attend meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and project updates effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Valid architectural licensure and relevant professional certifications are essential.
• Proficient with CAD software and other design technologies is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative architectural designs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction regulations and practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or a similar role.
