As an Architect, you are responsible for designing and planning spaces that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, while considering the safety, sustainability, and economic feasibility of the project. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction personnel on project feasibility and implementation.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and oversee work progress.
• Prepare proposals, designs, and detailed drawings using CAD software tools.
• Ensure that designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly wherever possible.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion.

• Stay updated with technological advancements that can be utilized in architectural designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and other design software to create comprehensive architectural plans.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and ordinances applicable to each project.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong creative and visual awareness to translate ideas into sustainable designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
