Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for video games, films, and digital media.
• Collaborate with directors and other team members to interpret project briefs.

• Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency in visual style.
• Adapt animations based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update animation assets and project documentation regularly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging animation techniques.
• Optimize animations for performance without sacrificing quality or detail.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators on best practices.
• Prepare and present animation concepts and progress to the development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rigging techniques.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and realism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
