Job Description

The Voice Support (International) role is critical in providing excellent customer service and technical support to international clients through voice interactions. The ideal candidate would possess exemplary communication skills, have a passion for helping others, and demonstrate a high level of patience and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via voice communication channels.
  • Providing accurate information to customers to resolve their technical and service-related issues.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and solutions in the company database.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist clients.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines during interactions with clients.
  • Participating in training sessions to continuously enhance support skills and knowledge.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify potential areas for service improvement.
  • Maintaining professionalism and courteousness in dealing with international clients at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot a variety of customer issues effectively.
  • Adapting to a dynamic work environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
  • Capability to adapt to different cultures and communication styles effectively.
  • Must possess a stable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work.
