Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging video content.
• Edit video content to enhance clarity, coherence, and visual appeal across platforms.
• Ensure all videos align with brand identity and meet content guidelines and standards.
• Review shooting scripts and raw material to create shot decisions and editing scripts.
• Monitor and implement advancements and trends in video editing and production techniques.
• Manage and organize video assets and ensure efficient file storage and retrieval systems.
• Perform quality checks and corrections for video projects to maintain high production standards.
• Incorporate graphical elements and animations to enhance video storytelling and appeal.
• Coordinate with sound designers to synchronize audio tracks with visual elements effectively.
• Prepare rough and final cuts for review, incorporating feedback from stakeholders as needed.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure video content is optimized across various digital channels for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and video production trends.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality content.
