Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative team members to develop compelling video concepts and scripts.
• Utilize video editing software to assemble and enhance raw footage professionally.
• Incorporate graphics, special effects, and sound to deliver polished final products.
• Review shooting scripts and raw material with the production team to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet predefined quality standards.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry trends.
• Manage, organize, and store all raw footage efficiently within digital archives.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and communicate progress updates.
• Conduct color grading to enhance visual aesthetics and achieve desired mood and feel.
• Edit and refine audio elements for consistency and clarity in video content.
• Maintain uninterrupted workflow and problem-solve technical issues during the editing process.
• Provide creative input and direction for new projects and content ideas.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pace, and cinematic techniques.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and special effects is advantageous.
• Experience with color grading and audio editing for professional video production.
