  • Manage follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle objections from customers professionally to secure their interest in our products.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to aid sales effectiveness.
  • Develop effective sales pitch scripts and share with team leaders for refinement.
  • Use CRM systems efficiently to record interactions and promote personal productivity.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
  • Provide detailed feedback on customer concerns to management for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or customer service sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite tools effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt sales pitches accordingly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is desirable.
  • Willingness to undergo training sessions to enhance telesales competencies.
