Job Description

Telesales Executives are dynamic and persuasive sales professionals responsible for generating sales and building strong client relationships over the phone. They play a critical role in driving company revenue by conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Telesales Executives must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing them to effectively present product or service offerings, overcome objections, and close sales deals. Their ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth. Working collaboratively with other sales team members and departments is essential for successful lead management and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new business opportunities daily.
  • Understand and identify potential clients' needs to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Utilize a CRM system to document sales calls and update client information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals consistently.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Provide product information and support to prospective clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to advance skills.
  • Monitor and report on competitive market trends and customer feedback.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for closing sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to accurately update records.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in all tasks.
