As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and driving the growth of an organization. You are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch professionals who can contribute significantly to the company’s success. Your insightful understanding of the industry and the labor market enables you to craft targeted strategies for sourcing and hiring the best talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide a seamless recruitment process that enhances the candidate experience and ensures that the organizational staffing needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various recruiting tools.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for the next stage.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems regularly.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage all relevant documentation for successful candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
