Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top talent to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and attracting new employees will ensure that we continue to build a strong and diverse workforce. You will work closely with the HR team and various department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including networking and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant teams.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for future openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications on shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to senior management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Engage in employer branding activities to promote the company as a great place to work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in HR.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and various social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
