Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with managers for candidate selection.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage and document recruitment efforts.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve recruitment and hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in candidate assessments.
