The Supply Chain Coordinator (02M26) plays a crucial role in managing and improving the supply chain processes of an organization. This position involves overseeing the flow of materials, information, and finances as products or services move from supplier to customer. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure that the supply chain is cost-effective, timely, and efficient. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. The role demands excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and resolve issues within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all supply chain operations are handled accurately and smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the supply chain from planning to delivery of goods.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure cycle times and project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery efficiency and costs.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve supply chain-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of supply chain operations to improve productivity.
  • Stay updated with new industry developments and integrate best practices into the supply chain processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance.
  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and devise strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or coordination roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation management practices and principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within the supply chain sector.
