Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and provide care as directed by the physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations and interventions regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of patients during their stay.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and efficiently manage nursing tasks and priorities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing patients for surgical and diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards at all times.
• Actively participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.
• At least two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting or hospital.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse patient needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in using medical equipment and familiar with healthcare technology systems.
