Spoken English Trainer (225-1010)

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Spoken English Trainer to join our team, passionate about guiding individuals in the mastery of English as a spoken language. An expert in language pedagogy, you will also adapt your teaching methods to address the diverse linguistic backgrounds and proficiencies of each student. Responsibilities

• Assess students' spoken English skills through exams and informal assessments regularly.
• Provide additional support to students needing extra help with language acquisition.
• Maintain records of student performance and attendance for reporting purposes.
• Continuously update course materials to reflect current language trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop best practices in language instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an English Trainer or Language Instructor preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong instructional and classroom management abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and language learning tools.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is highly advantageous.
