Job Description

The Senior Technical Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a blend of technical acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-level technical support and leadership to technical teams while driving the implementation of advanced projects and ensuring their completion on time. The Senior Technical Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding development, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring best practices in engineering processes are adhered to. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the technical team to implement advanced technical projects efficiently.

  • Act as a key technical advisor, delivering insights to guide strategic technology decisions.

  • Mentor and coach junior technical staff to foster career growth and capability development.
  • Manage technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevancy to the assigned projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with cloud computing and scalable application architecture design.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
