Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the company, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity. You will work closely with department heads to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be expected to demonstrate a profound understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and queries.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and manage onboarding of new hires efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning needs and solutions.
  • Facilitate performance management processes to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to compensation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately within HRIS systems.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a respectful workplace environment.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics to guide strategic decisions and planning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Proven knowledge of employment law, compliance, and hr best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
