An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Assistant Manager in Sales within the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, specifically focusing on the bakery product segment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics tracking.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to challenges.
