Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in banking sales, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by promoting the bank's products and services to prospective and existing clients. Your primary role will involve devising strategies to expand the bank's customer base, achieving set sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales support by resolving client queries promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of various banking products and financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
