Job Description

The role of a Sales Executive in Banking Sales encompasses a dynamic and challenging environment where you are responsible for driving sales, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall revenue of the organization. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with potential and current customers to understand their banking needs and offer suitable solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify growth areas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and banking industry regulations is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
