Job Description

As an Automobile Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in selling cars while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential buyers, identify their needs, and guide them towards purchasing a vehicle that suits their requirements and budget.   • Attend sales meetings and participate in sales training sessions regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project tracking details for management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotion events effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
  • Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile sales or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
