  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and communication.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry seminars to promote company products.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for engaging with clients.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
