  • Stay updated with competitors' strategies and market conditions to adjust sales plans.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share best practices to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and training sessions as needed.
