Job Description

As a Sales Executive at 11D25, you will be a key player in driving our company's growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their sales needs, and recommending appropriate products or solutions. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to craft strategic plans and reach or exceed your individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in target markets.
  • Engage in regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends to identify profitable opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and optimize strategies.
  • Create detailed sales business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Conduct effective negotiations with clients to close sales and maximize profit.
  • Present products or services to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to build strong industry connections.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market and client needs or concerns.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, competitors, and market trends.
  • Ensure the sales team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with clients.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently while being a team player.
  • High-level proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving measurable targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
